  • Do you have plumbers on staff?

    As a design-build company, we do not currently have plumbers on staff. However, when we do need to work with a certified plumbing company, we have some of the best plumbers in the area in our rolodex. From simple residential plumbing jobs to more extensive renovation services that demand both gas line and plumbing work, our contractors and project managers will ensure that we have a professional plumber on-site and working with our laborers and contractors to keep your renovation project on schedule.  

  • Can you incorporate existing appliances in your design?

    Yes, we are happy to work with you to ensure that existing appliances, such as fridges and freezers, can be incorporated into the overall design and kept safe during the renovation process. We will not only work to include these appliances, but we can also design around them, including custom or stock cutouts, to ensure that your specific appliance will fit under the countertop or within the new cabinets like a glove.  

  • What is the difference between stock, semi-stock and custom cabinets?

    The difference between stock, semi-stock, and custom cabinets comes down to the design and hardware included. Stock cabinets come in limited styles, finishes, and sizes, but are great for those with a standard room size who simply want a suitable storage solution that won't break the bank. Semi-stock cabinets are the perfect balance between fully custom and ready-to-ship cabinets, come in standard sizes, and offer additional options including base material, colours, and features found in the cabinet or drawer. For instance, when you order semi-stock cabinets, you can change the drawer depths or add specific exterior finishes. Finally, custom cabinets are unique to the home we are designing and are typically best for those with a very specific look in mind or a strange layout where a semi-stock cabinet won't work. These cabinets are designed to your exact specifications and offer full customization in all aspects, including the interior, exterior and finishes.
