✨ Today`s spotlight is on Jordan Bontrager, finish carpenter. Jordan lives in Archbold with his wife and two kids and has been at Boyers Construction for almost 6 years!
🏠 Custom home must-have/dream: TV system that folds up into or drops down from the ceiling in a mancave would be cool
🤝 Unique about Boyers: The strong family and christian ties that the company has. We hold different values than a lot of construction companies that creates a unique and cohesive work environment.
💡Advice for newcomers: Stick with it and be prepared to always be learning
💼 Favorite part of his role: Everything! But also finish work (trim, doors, windows)

🎉 Favorite way to spend a weekend: With his wife, kids, and chickens. Going to the park and spending time together.
