Townhouses.

Townhouses are more than just something we see in big cities.   • Do you build multifamily projects such as duplexes, townhomes, apartment buildings, or mixed-use developers?

    Yes, we can work with developers, strata boards, and individual owners to design and build multifamily buildings in Northwest Ohio. Our multifamily construction services allow our team to take the lead and guide you through the design-build process to develop duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, brownstones, apartment buildings and even mixed-use buildings.  

  • Do you handle strata/condo common-area renovations and repairs?

    When we work with strata or condo boards to organize and execute common-area renovations, we find it is best to be communication-focused to ensure tenants and owners know what is happening. When we are working on a specific floor, we will provide handouts to owners and emails to inform them of the work we are doing on their floor. So, if you live on the 4th floor, you will know that we are working on hallway renovations on Tuesday and Wednesday, and you may expect some noise and debris during the workday. Our project managers are well-versed in this kind of communication and are part of why working with a project management firm like Boyers is worth the investment, as we can develop construction schedules that actually work for your building.  

  • Can you plan multifamily work to minimize disruption for tenants and maintain building access and safety?

    Yes, we are happy to work with the condo board or building management to minimize disruptions during renovations. We will also provide residents with ample warning when we are working on their specific floors and will provide details of what to expect. As with all of our projects, our team will keep the site as clean as possible and perform a cleanup at the end of the workday to remove dust, dirt, and debris from that day’s work.  

  • Do you coordinate with strata councils/property managers on approvals, notices, and scheduling?

    Yes, with years of experience in renovation and remodeling in multifamily buildings, we work with councils directly to make the renovation experience seamless. This includes working with property managers to obtain approvals for the work, sending notices to residents, and scheduling around any specific requirements we must meet. From hallway renovations to specific-unit work, we are flexible, and our project managers will ensure we stay on schedule, even if we have to reassign work to limit disruptions to residents.
